Synopsis (Found on Goodreads.com)

After being betrayed and captured by the most heinous survivors of the human race, B Smith lands back in the clutches of a fiend B had hoped to never see again, someone who is intent on making B suffer in the most tortuous ways. Discovering the fate of loved ones from B's past adds to the agony and calls into question just how much B is willing to sacrifice in the name of justice.

My Review:

This is the 9th book in the Zom-B series. It was pretty good.

In this book B is taken into custody by the KKK, Owl Man and Dan Dan. There she finally speaks to her father and finds out what happens to her mother. We also get to see more of Owl Man and hear his side of things. He along with the board members (from Zom-B Gladiator) and her father want B to side with them. They try to convince her by having Owl Man show her his lab and explain what they are doing there. But B won't have any of it and doesn't want to side with the racist KKK.

There is a lot of action, fights, blood, torture and deaths in this book. Some characters get what's coming to them and I'm happy about that. Mr. Dowling makes an appearance in the end of the book and I believe/hope we can finally learn more about him, his mutants and the creepy zombie babies in the next book.
