Their one night stand wasn’t supposed to end this way

Positive. With two little lines on a pregnancy test, everything in Lizzy Rollins' ordinary life is about to change forever. And all because of one big mistake in Vegas with Ben Nicholson, the devastatingly sexy bass player for Stage Dive. So what if Ben's the only man who’s ever made her feel out of control with desire? Lizzy knows the gorgeous rock star isn't looking for anything more permanent than a good time, no matter how much she wishes differently. Ben knows Lizzy is off limits. Completely and utterly. She's his best friend's little sister, and no matter how hot the chemistry between them, no matter how sweet and sexy she is, he's not going to go there. But when Ben has a moment of weakness in Sin City, he learns that what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there. Now he and Lizzie are connected in the deepest way possible...but will it lead to a true connection of the heart?"

My Review:

This was such a good book and a great ending to a series! This is my second favorite book in the series. Lead just got pushed to the number 3 spot. Lick is still my favorite of the series and that leaves Play in the number four spot. But all the books were awesome and this is one of my new favorite series.

This book is about the playboy bassist of the band Ben and his romance with Lizzy. Add to the fact that Lizzy is pregnant with Ben's child makes this whole romance so much more emotional.

Lizzy is the main character and she is Anne's sister. Anne is the MC of the book "Play" and is with the drummer of the band, Mal. Lizzy is a sweet girl, who is going to school to be a psychologist. She finds out in the beginning of the book that she is pregnant after having sex with Ben one time. Lizzy is only 21, but she has to be one of the most responsible 21 year olds (aside from Ev) ever. She is a down to earth girl, who is planning to have a baby with or without Ben. She is not hitting him up for money or anything. She is willing to be a single parent if she has to be. Lizzy is also a loyal and loving girl. She deals with alot of new emotions in the book and she tries to make the best out of everything, which I admire her for. She is also very fiery and spunky, not taking s*** from anyone, especially Ben. I really like her alot.

I liked Ben too. He is often described as the biggest guy of the band but really hes like a scared little kid when it comes to Lizzy and the baby. He wants Lizzy and wants to be with her but his commitment issues keep him from making it official with her. He is very protective of Lizzy, more so now that she's pregnant. He is loving, sweet and soft with her. Like Jimmy in "Lead", Ben falls in love with Lizzy without knowing it and whatever emotions he allows himself to feel he runs away from. He has a lot to overcome in the book as well and he messes up along the way....a lot.

I loved the way that Lizzy called her baby bean while she was pregnant with it. It was such a cute name she came up with right away. I also loved the way that Ben was careful not to press or lean down on Lizzy's belly when they were having sexy times. He protected the bean all the way. Good start as a father.

Anyway this was a really good book and a great series. I can't wait for Kylie Scott's next series
Dive Bar. I'm sure it's gonna be awesome.

Oh and thanks to my sister, Diane, for lending me this series. You were right, it was awesome and I loved it!
